Anyone who has gotten it ordered for the other parent, How?

My 2 month olds dad is threatening court because the state is mandating him pay child support for my having him aside from the 2 hours a week he visits. He has a major alcohol issue, and also a roommate who is an ex convict for armed theft and also has a history of drug abuse where he lost his own child. I’m not sure how much of the roommates stuff is still accessible to prove. The fathers drinking issue might be tricky. I have messages of his sisters saying he has an alcohol issue and logs of times he’s confessed it to me but I don’t know if that’s enough. I just don’t know if I’ll have enough proof to protect my son.
