PP bad odor

I’m 4 weeks post partum and for the past two weeks I’ve had a bad smell like BO down there. I still have some stitches and bleeding in maybe that’s causing it? I went to doctor a few days ago and they said I had a yeast infection I took medicine and nothing changed. It’s to the point where I’m embarrassed to go out because you can smell it. I swear I have an infection but at the time my test was negative. I have good hygiene and I don’t know what else to do. Advice? I don’t know where to put this.

Also when should my stitches fall out? She still says they’ll dissolve and a few have but some still haven’t.

(I’m going to the doctor again soon but need help what to say or advice because this sucks.)
