High Heart Rate 15 year old
Everyday my heart rate almost always hits 150bpm at the least, and the most I do in a day is walk up some stairs with my backpack. I am physically active, and have a pretty normal resting heart rate of 70bpm, but as soon as I stand up and start moving my heart starts beating really fast and I can feel it. I did a 24hr holter monitor and it came back normal and I’m just wondering if this is something I should really get checked out.
I feel like it’s in my head and I’m just making it worse to myself, like I’m being dramatic about it. It’s not something I’ve been told so don’t worry about that its just doctors tend to ignore me since I have so many issues unrelated to each other so.
So if you guys could tell me the max your heart rate gets too or any information you could possibly give me to make me not feel crazy.
My resting is 70 bpm
Usual daily high 150 bpm
Highest ever 200 bpm
Waking average 130bpm
I have proof from my Apple Watch recordings I will show 100% if you ask.
And when exercising I don’t usually feel lightheaded or like my hearts beating fast but I could just be standing up for pledge and my heart will start racing and I’ll get lightheaded. It’s weird.
