Am I further along than I think?

Hi all. I have a question. So is it possible that I’m further along than I think? I ask because my last period was three days late but I thought I was just stressed because we had just finished buying a house. But then I take this pregnancy test, about 3 and a half weeks later and it looks like this. The lines did keep getting darker and I had my blood drawn to confirm but I didn’t know it was possible to pick up a pregnancy three and a half weeks after your last period? Granted my cycles are only 25-26 days so when I took this I was only one day late. My HCg levels are where they are supposed to be though according to my Oct 25 last period date. So to wrap up, Oct 25 period was 3 days late and this positive test showed up 3.5 weeks later. Maybe I’m just confused and anxious and y’all are gonna think I’m crazy 🤷🏻‍♀️
