Does anyone have unique gender reveal ideas that can be done indoors without much mess?

We have had to nix original plans and move our gender reveal (which will probably be around New Years) to a rented room.

Things we don’t really care to do:

Cake cutting/cupcakes

Pinata

Balloons popping out of a box

Confetti poppers

Anything that can be ruined by small children (we’ve seen too many videos of little kids ruining a gender reveal by popping a balloon to early, shooting off their confetti, etc)

We would like something unique, but all my ideas were more for warm weather/outdoors.
