2 months shots

So we had our 2 Months appointment yesterday. My son got 3 shots and one oral vaccine. He was doing pretty good until a couple hours later out of nowhere he started screaming like crazy. It was definitely not just a fussy cry it was a pain cry. This lasted for quite some time and nothing could calm him down. I gave him some tylenol as recommended by the pediatrician and he calmed down a bit. It was absolutely horrible and his scream haunted me throughout the night. He seems to be doing better today. This never happened with my girls. Has anybody else had a similar experience? I am not looking forward to the 4 months shots. I will probably give him tylenol immediately after the next time.
