Lost our baby last night

Went to the ER last night at 10 pm, the second I walked through the door tissue plopped out with a LOT of blood, hobbled to the restroom, and ended up bleeding all over the toilet, floor and my hands.. got to the back and got to clean myself up, waited about an hour while other things were going on, was pushed to an ultrasound room where the did both kinds of ultrasound, but before the transvaginal scan I was asked to empty my bladder and that’s when the rest fell out. I was a mess the first time in the bathroom covered in blood, the second time wasn’t much better. First pregnancy and we lost it on my 7 week mark.

It hurts, but I had a gut feeling this would be what was going to happen, just felt like something wasn’t right; however we are grateful for amazing doctors and nurses last night, we will always love our angel baby, and we plan on indirectly trying for another here in a month or two.

Unfortunately it’s the ugly and common side of pregnancy.
