This is from my second baby, the area circled is where the placenta would form, I actually asked the tech because I had already heard about Ramzi with my first. This is the right side of the uterus and she was indeed a boy. Not that ramzi is always true, but it was for both of my baby’s so far.  I hope this helps you.

Ramzi goes off the theory that boys like to be in the right side of the uterus and girls on the left. When you have a transvaginal ultrasound, the left side of the picture is the right side of your uterus. You look for where there is more white on the side of the uterus close to the baby and that’s where the placenta should develop. So left half is boy, right half is girl. If you have an abdominal ultrasound, the left is left and  right is right. Good luck 😁
