Would this bother you?

We have a 4 month old baby and my husband seems to have all the freedom while I’m at home taking care of the babes. Everytime he has plans to go out he always tells me “if you can find a babysitter then you can come too” it bothers me, why should it be that if I can find a sitter I can go out? This baby is his too so maybe he shouldn’t always get to go out if we have no sitter.
