is anybody else scared of the tummy bug ?

can someone please help me !!! i have the vomit fear and it’s taking over my life , i’m a mother of an almost 6 month old and spit it is easy to deal with i.t i’m just so worried of when he starts school he’ll catch the stomach bug and i’ll get it !! how do i prevent it from spreading !! there has been times when my family caught the bug but i didn’t i’m 21 and i haven’t caught it ! thank you God !!!!! i feel like a horrible mom because i’m worries if he gets it or my boyfriend gets it all i’m gonna want to do is hide 😭😭😭 i hate the sound of people vomiting i cant even watch movies with that in it it just makes my anxiety go crazy and makes me feel awful please tell me i’m not alone , how can i get better with this
