Opinion?

So my period is late by 10 days and I’ve been getting a weird smell down there and some itching lately and usually I’m jumping at the chance to have sex with my fiancé but for the past couple days I don’t feel comfortable with it. I’ve also been cramping a little here and there but no blood and I took a pregnancy test when i was 4 days late but it came out negative. I’m wondering if I should take another test or make an appointment with my gyn or maybe wait it out. Thoughts?
