Feel like a bad mom!

So i was cleanin getin things ready for my 9 year old for school

My 7 month was sitin with her playin while i got things done.

My 9 year old gave him a coloring book nd i thought they were fine

Out of nowhere i see a piece missing! Of the colorin book! He had it in his mouth! I took some out!

Crying so worried,he seems fine dranked his mmilk nd fallin asleep

Idk if i should take him to the hospital? I feel terrible!!😭
