What's the process of being tested for infertility issues?

18 months of trying and I'm still not pregnant. I've got a doctors appointment Monday to ask about what can be done. Anyone else been through it? What was the process? What tests did you have to do? What were you diganosed with? How long did it take? Did you end up having a baby? Sorry for so many questions. I'm just scared. Please and thank you

Hormone panel (LH, FSH, estradiol, TSH/T4, insulin factor), ultrasound, diagnostic laparoscopy. Was diagnosed with PCOS and endometriosis. Offered medications but declined because I wanted to try lifestyle changes first. Followed anti-inflammatory (Mediterranean) diet for 6 months. Started TTC. Got pregnant within 4 months.

I had blood work, an ultrasound and an HSG. My husband also did a sperm analysis. After everything came back totally fine just wasn’t ovulating on my own, we tried clomid and it worked out on our first round!

We both had blood work, hsg for me, sperm analysis for him. 
Diagnosed male infertility, he saw a urologist for a formal diagnosis.
We both took clomid, and were told the chances of conceiving naturally were slim. Ivf was our only option with our diagnosis. I’m happy to report I am 33 weeks pregnant with a baby boy. Successful first round of ivf (icsi).
