Is this normal?

So last night I went into the hospital to check to see if I was leaking membrane fluid. They did a test with a q-tip. Before I went in I had zero problems and no bleeding. After they swabbed with the q-tip. (Which hurts like a SOB!) I went to the bathroom and found it stung and hurts really bad to pee and spotting of blood. This morning I woke up and the problem continued. The very light bleeding continues and the pain is unbearable when I pee to the point I don’t want to go.
