Currently I’m over weight with a 25 BMI. I weight 152 and I’m 5’3. I’ve honestly lost a lot of weight (37 pounds is a lot to me) and I need to lose more in order to be at a normal weight of which is around maybe 125-135. I’m running out of motivation lately and I’m not sure how I can keep this up. I keep constantly having people put me down or tell me that I’m not doing enough or that I’m eating too

Much despite me following the MyPlate app. I’m not really sure if I should just stop.
