Labor nearing?

Question

I’ve been having achy cramps for about three days now. The same as I would have the day before getting my period. Yesterday I also had a contraction (felt very different from previous Braxton Hicks) it was painful and lasted about 45 seconds but another never came. Also, having cramps that go into my thighs. Is labor coming soon???? Thoughts!???
I’m 37+6 today!
(No bloody show or leaking of anything other than normal discharge)

So I just had my baby today 38 &3 well I lost my plug last Saturday 37 weeks then I started having some cramps lasted all weekend Monday comes along nothing every pain cramp it was gone so last night I’m going grocery shopping and I’m having cramps and contractions I’m like mmmm thoes are strong well I get home and the cramps continue but I’m like I’m not bleeding not fluid leakage so must be Braxton Hicks so I go to bed around 10 all night I’m awoken by contractions and cramps but again I’m thinking ugh Braxton Hicks we’ll come 5am I finally get up to pee and the contractions were hurting bad so again no blood maybe a little pink tinted on the paper when I wiped no water leakage so I finally call my doctors and they have me come in the contractions got worse on my way in I was checked and was a 7 they rushed me to get the epidural cuz I was begging for it at that point finally got it at 9cm broke my water and here he came lol so yes you can be in labor and have no bleeding or it could mean your labor is soon if your uncertain I’d call your obgyn just to be safe!
