What are you supposed to do with baby while you pump ?

She is 3 months and I usually put her in the swing and give her bottle while I pump but some days she doesn’t happen to get her bottle around the time I pump and she cries so I figured I will put her down in the crib but she cries the whole 15 minutes and I feel so bad. I know she was tired so I thought I would try sleep training and let her cry it out but She doesn’t sleep without me rocking her then I usually put her down when she is half awake 
I wanted to know what other moms do while you pump and if it’s ok to let baby cry to sleep

Shes too young to sleep  train or to cry it out . But as for pumping just sit her near you and talk to her while pumping

Sometimes he’ll stay on he’s swing, other times I  put him on he’s boppy pillow beside me on the couch and play with him while I pump

We do lots of things! She uses her swing, sometimes she will be asleep in her crib, laying on the floor or bed beside me, on her boppy, laying up on a pillow, etc. I try to be near her while pumping in case she gets fussy so I can try and give her a paci. A little fussing won't hurt baby, but baby can't cry it out. It's no different than if baby were to fuss while you were showering-you wouldn't jump out of the shower just to soothe baby but you would tend to baby as soon as you were able.

My son goes in the baby Bjorne bouncer at my feet and I bounce him the whole time.... or I pump when he naps. 
I would let my baby fuss a little but not cry it out.... not nearly when they are this little.

I just sit my boy in his car seat right next to me and talk to him while I pump! He will only go in the swing for 10 minutes TOPS. And I can’t lay him down or he cries!
