Are these bites?

Any ideas on what may have caused these little lumps/bumps/bites ? They are only down my right thigh and nowhere else. All our furniture looks clean from bed bugs, we have no pets, and this hasnt been a problem before and were going on 4 months in this house. My husband and i share a bed and he has no bites or marks at all and neither does my son. They burn and itch really bad so any soothing home remedies would be good as well. Thank you for reading.
