My doctor said..

My doctor said I still have a good chance of concieveing even after having a chemical pregnancy back in March. All my tests came back good so theres not really a solid reason minus my pcos diagnosis that could be a issue. I'm concerned and worried/upset because I see so many others diagnosed with pcos who say their doctors told them they'll never have children. Maybe this is stupid to ask but how can one pcos diagnosis be so extremely different from another? How can one lady still have a chance with pcos and other be told theres none? This stresses me out more then I like to admit.
