Baby will not sleep

So my daughter will be 3 months in two weeks and she does not sleep during the day and wakes up 3-4 times a night. I am exhausted. During the day she catnaps for maybe 20 minutes at a time then she’s up. When she finally does go to sleep it’s usually around midnight. I try soothing, feeding, cuddling, letting her just wiggle in her crib hoping she will self-soothe and nothing works! I have to go back to work starting January and I cannot continue on this sleep pattern. Please help with any tips. TIA.
