PCOS sucks

Haven’t really took care myself , 16years with PCOS I’m 32 . I’ve had my ups and downs, I was in a 7 year relationship never used condoms he came in me couple times never got pregnant thank god he wasn’t the right person. I’m obese I tried couple times to loose weight I did and then I would gain it back. I feel like giving it another shot but to be honest I love food!!!!! But I do want a family one day but I feel like my times up .. I honestly do t even know how to date.
