Did you wipe from front to allll the way back? aka did you wipe your bum at all? Do you have any hemorrhoids? Those can bleed a little and that’s what it looks like when I wipe around my hemorrhoid. If not, I’d call your OB and tell them when you wiped there’s a tiny amount of blood.

That’s a pretty small amount, but since you had pain as well it’s always good to let them know about bleeding at this point. It could just be a broken blood vessel or something. Good luck!

Call your doctor. I had pink spotting with no cramps and was in preterm labor. Most likely it’s nothing, but it’s so much better to talk to your doctor and be safe.
