Okay so yesterday I got really drunk and my guy friend took care of me and we kissed but I have a boyfriend and I feel like absolute shit. I know I should tell him but he would break up with me but then again I was under the influence and my gut friend kissed ME

In this situation you have to tell your boyfriend, you can’t be mad or upset if he wants to breakup with you. I would put this lightly but I’m not going to.
You chose to drink.
Since this is teen chat, you’re obviously underage. You can’t blame your guy friend and make it seem like he forced you to kiss him. You both equally did it especially since you feel guilty about it. You have to be honest to your boyfriend or it’ll just eat away at your sanity.  
Before anyone else tells him about what happened. Maybe there’s a chance he’ll be understanding but he definitely won’t be understanding a week and months from now if you decide to tell him later. 
This isn’t cool dude.

Uhh yeah, that’s the consequence of not being a loyal partner. 
If HE kissed you, you should have pushed him away and ended the friendship permanently and told your boyfriend right away. That’s loyalty.

Sure he might leave you if you told the truth but would you rather live with that lie between you? It’ll eat you alive!
If you know that you behave inappropriately when you’re drunk then you need to take more responsibility for yourself when you’re drinking around others. Perhaps this is a good lesson?
