Baby on cervix?

Usually after i eat or lay down, ill feel flutters close to my cervix. At first I thought it was just normal muscle twitches, but it really doesn't feel like that. Anyway, not long after i start feeling the flutters, I'll get a sharp pain in my cervix that shoots down. It doesn't last long, and doesn't happen every single time i feel a flutter. Could it be possible my baby is moving around causing pressure on my cervix? Just curious as im a ftm and never had these flutters before i got pregnant. Ultrasound tomorrow so im betting baby is in just the right position to agitate it😂
