So worried
I got a positive test this morning, faint, got bloodwork to confirm and will get the results back tomorrow morning. Just wondering, since I'm pregnant, should an ovulation test be positive or is it possible for it to be negative and I'm still pregnant. I started getting severely nauseous at 4:30 and have been on and off since then. Wondering if that's a symptom. Also pains in my actual stomach/ovary area but no cramps
