C-Section concern. Please read, I need some help

Above my incision site and lower (like where pubic hair starts) feels bruised all of a sudden. Like my whole lower abdomen. I was feeling really good, and I'm 5 weeks post partum now. I don't know what I would have done to aggravate it. My husband has looked at it for me and says he doesn't see any discoloration and my incision looks great. I iced it earlier but it didn't help much. It hurts to roll over in bed, sit up, stand up and sit down. It feels similar to how I felt shortly after we got home from the hospital.

Is this normal? Should I be concerned?
