Who else has had their period since having LO?

I just started mine, I do EBF I am having such a heavy flow like 45min and soaked my maxi pad. Now I have blood all over me with using a super tampon.

Mine came back with heavier flows and worse cramps. I can't recommend menstrual cups enough. If you haven't tried them and can, they seriously change your period experience. I can't believe I went so long dealing with the discomfort and mess of pads and tampons. Obviously I know cups aren't for everyone, and I've heard plenty of people swear by either of the others; but really worth giving menstrual cups a shot.

I have my period back since month 1 pp (because i stop breastfeeding and start with my old birthcontrol) and since that 1st period i've no longer cramps, and i used to had a looot! But... omg.. such an heavy flux! 😭 it's horrible, i also use maxi pads, and they wont last an hour! The other day a get blood on my jeans, get super embarressed 🤦🏻‍♀️ i don't know if i should change birthcontrol or wait to see if it will back to normal with time (6 months pp now)

Mine came back after 3 months and I EBF... I was gutted!!! The first period was absolutely hell. So heavy I had to shower 3 times a day. They are regular since then and not quite as heavy x
