24+3 and feeling strong!
34yo FTM - Scheduled my LAST 4 week appointment yesterday. After 4 years and 3 MC’s, it blows my mind how quickly the time has gone. It’s crazy to think this is our last Christmas as a family of 2.5!
Feeling strong confident and motivated. Working out everyday for baby and me. And I’m still able to run (as at snail’s pace)!
