Amazon echo question!

I actually have a couple questions. I have tried looking them up, but I'm not figuring it out. I am also extremely far from being tech savvy.

Can I connect it to my tv or xbox? I keep my echo in the kitchen and would like to be able to have a show playing on my tv (Netflix, Hulu, disney+), and then be able to hear it in the kitchen while I'm making dinner or cleaning, without having to turn my tv up too loud. Is that possible?

I guess this second question is probably more about spotify. I had spotify premium and have listened to it on my echo since I got it 2 months ago. About 3 months ago, the credit card I used had to be canceled. Over the last couple days I have received emails and notifications telling me to update my payment info (which I won't be doing. Can't afford it anymore right now). So now my echo won't play my spotify. I looked it up and it says you do have to have premium for it to connect, so that explains that. But I still have all my premium perks (no adds, unlimited skips, etc.). When I signed up for premium, I also received a free basic subscription to Hulu, and that is still working for me. So in short, I stopped paying for premium about 3-4 months ago due to the canceled card, connected my unpaid spotify account to my echo 2 months ago, I still have everything that came with premium, but just a couple days ago, my echo suddenly stopped connecting. Over the last few months, even though I have not paid, it would still connect. Maybe it's just a glitch with spotify or something. Wondering if anyone knows something maybe I don't.
