Has your baby started weaning at all yet

Just curious how many babies are still on 100% milk. I'm getting a lot of pressure off our parents and the older generation to start semi solids. My baby was born 9lbs 9oz so everyone tells me he needs food but I do think he's satisfied with milk. He's 19 weeks.

I did also read in an older weaning book that babies should be started to be weaned by 6 months at the latest as if wait until 6 months to start anything they then don't always accept new tastes. I don't know if this is true or not.

My health visitor even said it won't harm to start solids now but I'm not in a rush but don't want to cause issues by waiting too long. What are your thoughts?
