Low AMH at 31...feeling down

Hi everyone, need some positive vibes and advice. My first AMH result came in today. The nurse called me and said it’s 9pmol which is about 1.26ng/ml and she said it’s on the lower side, that’s all. She said I have to book a follow up with my FS. I’m in the early stages of my fertility treatment. Just going through the first cycle monitoring.

I’m really depressed. I’m only 31. I have started taking CoQ10 400mg since the last 2 months and also doing fertility acupuncture but only twice a month which I will increase to weekly.

is there any hope? What treatment options did your specialists talk about? Will they put me on clomid or letrozole before proceeding ahead with anything too invasive?

Finally, did any of you get pregnant naturally with low amh? I feel so sad today thinking I’m still so young but probably don’t have enough time left 😞
