Poor baby is kinda constipated. Advise?

Well today was day 2 of no poop. He finally just pooped and tired so hard and it was an actual turd and pretty stiff. The last 3-4 poops have been stiff. We normally use our brezza to make a bottle but for 5 days we hand made bottles due to us being out of town. We've been home for a week now and continued to use to brezza. We use enfamil neuro pro gentleease. Do you think the big change of the consistency of his poop is caused by hand making bottles for those 5 days? Should I talk to his pediatrician or wait to see how it is in the next couple of days?
