Baby making tic like movements

I’m so anxious and nervous to even post this as I’ve just been in serious denial.. my girl is 9 almost 10 months and as of 2 days ago has started making these jerking “tic” like movements where she jerks her head to the right and they are for sure not controllable movements.. I work with our pediatrician so she was seen immediately and honestly we got no where with no answers... he doesn’t think they are seizures and didn’t say anything About infantile spasms and thinks since she is acting completely normal otherwise that we should just continue to monitor for now. But I just can’t relax or stop watching her like a hawk and critiquing her every move 😭 I worry when she’s not as verbal for a few minutes but then she goes right back to being her normal verbal self. I’m so stressed And I don’t know what do do...
