Is this test positive?

I have PCOS and stopped taking birth control not too long ago. The doctor told me I wouldn’t be able to get pregnant because I don’t ovulate. My period is a few days late. I’ve been super nauseas but it’s not just in the morning so I thought it was a stomach bug. Took a test 2 days ago it was negative (digital first response)

I took another one this morning (regular first response). It came out negative at first like I just saw one line. I looked at it an hour later to show my friend that it was negative and now there’s a faint second line. Am I crazy?

Update: took another test and it came back positive in 3 minutes!
