is he into me?

so i met this guy at a party about a month ago when he came up to me and complimented my bag (it had the name of a youtube gaming/comedy channel i watch on it). we were both drunk so i'm not sure if him touching my arm whenever he had to go check on a friend meant anything, but we sat together in the corner and drew self portraits in my sketchbook and exchanged prom pictures and birthdays. at one point i offered him some candy that i had with me and he said "oh my god i might have to marry you." he comes up to me to talk whenever he sees me on campus and we discussed potentially watching a movie together in his dorm. when we discussed this, he specifically stated that he would make sure his roommate wasn't there, which seems like a very clear sign that he wants to make a move. Is he interested or is this all just friendly?
