Preventing Tearing 🤸🏼
Okay so I had pretty bad tearing for my firstborn which left me with a long painful recovery. Having friends and a sister in law who tore in some and not in other deliveries they say that not tearing makes all the difference in postpartum recovery time.
Long story short I need to keep my postpartum recovery as minimal as possible this time around so how can I/did you prevent tearing?
