My sweet baby is being a monster, please help

I don’t know if this is just a phase but my daughter who is usually so happy all the time seems to just have this crazy burst of energy that she can’t dissipate adequately. She just lets out these short screams constantly and doesn’t want to nap, though when she does finally pass out she sleeps hard and for a decent amount of time, she just fights it. I don’t know if it is that she’s got more energy and I need to find a way for her to get rid of it or if this is just a screaming phase. Anyone else? Most of the time they aren’t even mad sounding screams, but sometimes (right now)
