When too leave the nest...

Well I’m 20y/o & im still at home with my mom 
( my preference ) well I’m expecting my first child in a few weeks & my child’s father wants me to move out of my moms and in with him, only problem is I have severe separation anxiety when it comes to being away from my mom for extended periods, I’ve suffered with epilepsy my entire life & my mom has been the only person I trusted with my life everyone else just panics & so does he so I’ve just gotten accustomed to staying here with mom. What should I do? Please no judgement

You need therapy to cut the apron strings with your mom. It’s not healthy to want to cling like that as an adult, not to mention an adult that’s about to be a mother herself. 
Talk to someone about this, seriously. It’ll do you a lot of good. And I think if you want to do grown up things like be in a relationship and bring up a child, you shouldn’t be clinging to your mommy anymore. Time to grow up a bit, it’ll be tough but you gotta

How far does your boyfriend live from your mom? Id ask him to stay with you for a bit out of the week to get a feel of things & how to handle things as well. Then when you both think it’s okay, do a trial run. Living with him for a few days out of the week until you’re comfortable.
