3w3d PP, don't get dressed

I've been wearing the same PJ pants for 2 days... I do shower every day. But I don't see a point in getting dressed if I'm not going to leave the house. I have my 3 week old and a 2.5 year old. I will get dressed here in a couple hours so I don't look like a total bum when my husband gets home from work 😅 Anyone else not get dressed lately?

Also while I was feeding my 3 week old while my son was eating lunch, my son threw up everywhere. I had to give him a bath, so I bathed the baby too becuase she smelled like spit up. Then I had to make my son's bed because we forgot to put a diaper on him for bed last night 😣 So again, what's the point?
