Could be a bruise but also looks like the green fungus that can happen. It dies as soon as it hits air. You can also soak in apple cider vinegar

I can see all sorts of lifting. This set needs to be properly removed and a new one done. 
It’s called a “greenie”, it is caused by the bacteria Pseudomonas, giving it that green appearance. It is not a fungus. Once the enhancement is properly removed, the nail properly prepped and cleansed, you can safely put another enhancement on. It will grow out as the nail grows out, like it’s a stain.
