If anyone can help I appreciate it

So i usually have my period every month but this time i skipped almost a full month i started 3 days ago now its werid for me cause i never been this late (about 21 days late). Around the first 3 days i was supposed to start i had a white discharge but it went away ...I thought i was possibly pregnant so i took 2 pregnancy test one came out negative so i waited for almost 2 weeks and then i started and took another one and it also came back negative so i was wondering is that normal or should i see a doctor to see if im fine?
