Unprotected sex

I had unprotected sex and my partner finished in me on Nov. 23rd. I take the pill at the right time everyday and yesterday I started to have light bleeding or spotting on my sugar pill week. Usually my period comes on a Tuesday or for the last two months a Wednesday. Should I be worried that I had spotting a day or two early than when my period starts? Could I have implantation bleeding?
