First time mom

I’m a ftm and my daughter is 4 weeks old. Me and my bf live together just us and the baby. He works 12 hours a day and helps with the baby when he can. It’s just us, we never had any help from anyone since she was born. It’s very overwhelming for me at times because I don’t know what I’m doing most the time and constantly worrying. I feel very lonely especially at night when he’s asleep, i get so sad when he has to go to work because it’s just me and the baby and I feel very alone. I’m not depressed on his days off I’m happy having him around. His family all lives in another state and my mom passed a couple years ago so we really have nobody besides my siblings who are busy all the Time. It’s 2am and my baby is sleeping on my chest wondering when it gets better lol. I’m just here to rant maybe someone else feels the same ....
