Struggling to cope

I’m a ftm just feel like a struggle my partner works 10 hours and doesn’t really do a lot I’ve been struggling to get anything done around the house eat sleep or even look after myself I’m lucky if I get a shower once a week my lo cries all the time no matter what only sleep when out in the car won’t go in his Moses basket at all and at night will only sleep on my chest just feel like I’m a failure big time at being a mother I don’t know why he cries so much he changed fed burped and even cuddled
