Advice... Please help

So I was on my fiance's phone looking up something on the internet because my phone was dead... And I went to the history and I found porn (which I don't care he watches because I bleed so much that we don't have much sex lately ) but I saw this one thing that says "free live porn " where you can chat with other girls I mean he didn't have an account anything... My heart just dropped to my stomach.. I hate to think he's talking to other girl. I mean there was only one link so idk if he clicked on it by accident when he was watching porn or what.. but like idk what to do. Im nervous to bring it up to him. He keeps asking me what's wrong. I never have found anything suspicious on his phone of him talking to other girls before. I overthink everything and this is killing me..
