What’s all over my baby’s face? Is it baby acne? I’ve been putting breast milk on her face for 3 days now but no improvement

Baby acne I’d say, they say to put breast milk but I find it doesn’t really work.
Do your best not to touch her face and if you do wash your hands with sensitive soap, wash with no soap just warm water and a clean wash cloth it can clear up in a few weeks but could take a few months.
My son has it too some days it looks worse and some days it’s doesn’t..

I used a warm wash cloth and coconut oil and it cleared right up! But my LO didn’t have it very bad at all. Tip- everything new you try spot test it!

It looks like baby acne. Just wipe her face with a wash clothe and warm water.
