Baby Acne
I have noticed that babies that don’t get baths within 24-72hrs end up having better skin and less baby acne. My baby didn’t have a bath until day 3 in the hospital and he had very little baby acne and minimal peeling. He also didn’t have cradle cap. How many of you waited this long to sponge bath your baby and did you notice better skin on your baby? I think keeping the vernix on him for that long really helped his skin.
