My weight loss journey need tips and inspiration!
So I have recently been feeling so so crappy and I've had loads of tests done and turns out I may have PCO syndrome. I'm being booked for a scan so should know for sure soon but I also a few months ago got told I have a fatty liver I had a scan and got told to loose weight etc. So I now have three reasons to NEED to loose this post baby weight (got a 24 month old and an 11 month old) 1. Possible hormone imbalance PCO 2. Fatty liver and 3. I am a bridesmaid at my friend's wedding June 2020! So I need to shift this weight girls and I need inspiration, motivation and tips on home exercises. I am also going to join a gym local to me and go 2-3 times weekly and eating healthier. Also I am 5"9 height and I'm very broad boned even when I have been "skinny" I was a size 12-14 in tops and dresses but after having babies I am now a size 20-22 I'm posting on here because if I know all of you who decide to follow this and comment are expecting to see my progress it will give me the kick I need to start doing this properly! I will get some pictures of me tomorrow and will post my first journey pictures (which will be truly horrific) but gotta start somewhere! Thanks in advance! Xx
