On the ongoing debate of If condoms are free pads should be too.
I believe down the line someone always has to pay for these products in order for them to be manufactured . And just like not all the condoms in the world are free, they are where they are needed. At the very least, pads should not be considered a luxury item. If it works for Rwanda it should work for all of us
