What to offer for lunch

So what are you guys giving your babies for lunch? He’s such a messy eater (I once had to pick baked beans out of my blinds) so I only tend give him stuff with problematic sauce for tea otherwise he’d need 3 baths a day cause it ends up in his hair and everywhere.

I’m just struggling to think of things to do for lunch, he loves crackers and would eat them for breakfast lunch and tea if I let him! He has toast for breakfast as he loves it so I don’t tend to give him a sandwich for lunch as I don’t want him getting bored of bread. Has anyone got any ideas?
